Pricing questions answered
Your account automatically moves to the Starter plan. All your data is preserved. You only lose access to features above the Starter tier — GPS tracking, analytics, etc. You can upgrade at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard under Plans & Billing. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Each plan has a maximum employee count. Managers don't count against the employee limit. If you need more employees than your plan allows, you'll be prompted to upgrade when you reach the limit.
