Can employees see each other's location?

No. Employees can only see their own tasks and attendance. Only managers within the same room can view employee locations and task progress.

How does the digital signature work?

When a task step requires a signature, the customer draws on the employee's phone screen. It's captured as an image, timestamped, and stored permanently with the step — fully visible to managers in the dashboard.

Can I export attendance for payroll?

Yes. Growth and Business plans include one-click PDF and Excel export of attendance records, filterable by employee and date range.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account automatically downgrades to the Starter plan. Your data is preserved. You'll just lose access to features above your plan tier.

What's the difference between plans?

Plans differ by employee count, rooms, managers, and features. Starter (₹199) is for very small teams. Growth (₹499) adds live tracking and analytics. Business (₹999) adds performance dashboards and advanced reports. Enterprise is fully custom.
